    I have over 25 years' experience as a strategic B2B and B2C customer champion, both in-house and as a consultant. In 2008, I founded a customer transformation and customer advocacy marketing consultancy and have advised organisations from Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) to Virgin Media Business and Apple to Queen's award-winning UK ecommerce company, James and James Fulfilment on how to take a radical, creative approach to drive customer-led brands with sustainable growth.

    With co-author, Chris Adlard, I have drawn on my experience in customer-led transformation for growth to write ‘The Customer Catalyst – how to drive sustainable business growth in the Customer Economy’ published by Wiley. Chris and I have practised what we preach where everything about the book is customer-led from devising the book title with business leaders to an online community for fellow customer growth specialists at thecustomercatalyst.com

    I am a regular speaker and commentator in the media on customer-led growth. Most importantly, I’m proud to say I’m human and have a life outside of work: I have a great family and friends. I love new experiences and learning all the time.
